Hi,When you use DCL transportation do you have to get your luggage when you disembark the ship for the return trip to MCO? Will it be sent by DCL to the MCO and checked in so all you have to do is pick it up at your final air terminal?(like DME). Thank you

    Ahoy, Janice!
Thanks for stopping by the Moms Panel with your question!

I'm happy to hear you're considering using Disney Cruise Line Transportation to transfer you from the ship to the airport when you disembark from your magical Disney Cruise vacation. DCL Transfers make your vacation super easy with a seamless transition from land to sea and back again.

With Onboard Airline Check-In, you'll enjoy the convenience and ease of not having to collect your luggage when you debark - checked luggage will be transported directly from the ship to your flight. You'll receive boarding passes and valet luggage tags on the last night of your cruise, along with a letter fully explaining the process. Tag your luggage and place it outside your stateroom, and it will magically meet you when you arrive at your destination! Disney takes care of all the details.

I always encourage guests to take advantage of all that Disney Cruise Line has to offer - including transportation to and from the ships. To book your transfers, if you haven't already, simply call 1-800-951-3532. Make sure to have your reservation number handy.

I hope this helps with your planning! Please let us know if you have any more questions as you plan your voyage with Captain Mickey! - Diane W.
