Hi, We'll visit Disney for the first time in July 2015. My girls will have just turned 8 and 4. Trying to decide which Parks are a must for them. I'm sure we'll visit Magic Kingdom, but are there one or two others you would recommend for their age?

    Hi Pam!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Choices can be so difficult, specially when it comes to which parks to visit.  Of course I would say, do them all, but if you have to choose, choose based on their interests!  Each park has it's unique offerings that I am sure your girls would love.

Disney's Hollywood Studios is a must-do for our family.  Your girls will have a rootin', tootin' good time on Toy Story Mania and they will be enchanted with Beauty and the Beast - Live on Stage.  Of course, you can't forget For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration, which is a must for any little Princess.

Then, there's Disney's Animal Kingdom.  You will encounter exotic animals and exciting adventures.   Kilimanjaro Safari is my 1st stop every time and Festival of the Lion King is a show I cannot miss.

And finally, Epcot.  I love Epcot and so does my son.  He loves riding Soarin and chatting with Crush during Turtle Talk with Crush.  I personally love to walk around World Showcase and enjoy a sample of foods from "around the world".

If I had to pick just two parks, I would of course choose Magic Kingdom park and Disney's Hollywood Studios.  If I had another day, I would add a second day at Magic Kingdom park since this is your 1st visit.

I know choosing can be hard but no matter what you decide, I know your girls will have a wonderful and magical time.

If you have any further questions or need any additional information, please let me know.
    Happy planning.
