Hi We are planning a trip from Oct 31st - Nov 7th. I am researching crowds I found out that our stay will overlap "Jersey Week" and has larger crowds, Is this true? Concerned because our son has Autism and does not handle long waits in line wel

Hello, Gabriel!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

Congratulations on your early planning for your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation.  It is amazing how a vacation sneaks up on you and you are on your way, so let's get started.

You will be happy to know that "Jersey Week" does not impact the crowds significantly.  I have heard of many families traveling this time of year and they had a most MAGICAL experience.  Of course, crowd levels can change year-to-year, but I am sure you will have a wonderful time.

Since you have shared a bit about your son with me, I highly recommend looking into a Guest Assistance Card (GAC).  Upon your arrival at any of the four Disney Theme Parks, head on over to Guest Services and explain your situation to a Cast Member.  The GAC can help Cast Members accommodate your son's needs so that your visit is simply MAGICAL.  You do not need any sort of doctor's note.  Should you acquire your GAC, it is good for the duration of your trip.

~Have a MAGICAL day and "SEE YOU REAL SOON"!~
