    Hi, This is the first time that we have purchased annual passes. Just wanted to confirm we can go to any sales window or guest relations with our confirmation number and ID to pick up?

    Hi Gail! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    In just FIVE days you will arrive for your visit to "The Most Magical Place on Earth!" Not only that, but you'll be arriving as a first-time Annual Passholder. Congrats!

    You can activate your Annual Pass at any Walt Disney World ticket window or Disney Springs Guest Relations. We became Annual Passholders last year and it was SO easy and quick at the ticket window. Many of the ticket windows were open in the morning and we didn't experience a long wait at all! Then we just presented our proof of purchase exchange certificate (we printed it out after purchasing our Annual Passes online) and the IDs of each of the adults in our party, and within minutes, we were holding our shiny, new Annual Passes!

    I have found a ton of extra value in our Annual Passes through the discounts offered at many dining and merchandise locations! I always ask if there are any discounts for Annual Passholders prior to paying for my purchases, because you just never know when new discounts are added. What a great benefit!
