    Charlotte from Surrey Asked

Hi, There are six of us in our party and I accidentally cancelled one of our fast passes for the day instead of modifying it. How do I get this back without starting again with the other two already selected choices on that day? Many thanks

Hi Charlotte! Unfortunately, accidentally canceling a FastPass selection is more common then you think.

Many guests have this happen when they are trying to tweak a time to get a dining reservation fit into their plans. Instead of modifying your selection you cancel it and then the panic sets in. The best thing to do is to call the FastPass help line. They can try to gain that lost one back for the time you need as you won't be able to do it yourself. 407-939-4357 or 407-939-3471

I hope the system will soon allow guests to tweak with more ease. It is hard to secure that sought after dining reservation 180 days out from your vacation to only find that the one attraction you have been dying to do in a park is only available during your dining time. It can become especially confusing when you are trying to get a FastPass for a show as the FastPass time is about 15-20 minutes to return and guests often don't realize then that the show will then be around 25 minutes long.

The more you work with the FastPass + system the easier it will become, I promise. We have all made the same mistakes getting to where we want for our Disney vacation days. Mingling dining with attraction times is a challenge but well worth the extra time spent on the planning as you will find your days very magical!
