Hi..our FastPass date is Thursday. Do you start picking days/dates at a certain time like you do with dining reservations or it doesn't matter? I can't find anything that says anything about that. Thanks!

Hey, Kathel! Thanks for stopping by with your question.

While Advanced Dining Reservations for Walt Disney World Resort table-service restaurants open 180 days in advance, FastPass+ selections follow a different time frame. Guests who are staying at one of the fabulous Walt Disney World Resort hotels are able to begin making their FastPass+ selections 60 days in advance of their check-in date, and can complete their selections for their entire hotel stay, up to ten days. Guests who are not staying at one of the Resort hotels can make their FastPass+ selections 30 days in advance and can only choose FastPass+ windows one day at a time for each day of their vacation.

The specific time at which FastPass+ windows open for each day varies, but we have noted some patterns. Generally, a new day's selection of FastPass+ opportunities become available at midnight. However, this appears to be delayed occasionally when Magic Kingdom Park is open past midnight. For example, when Magic Kingdom's regular closure is at 1:00 a.m., then those Guests waiting for their 30-and 60-day windows to open have to wait until after 1:00 a.m., instead of midnight, to complete their FastPass+ selections.

I hope this information helps you with your FastPass+ scheduling. Please stop by if you have any other questions before your trip. Have a magical day!
