Hi! My name is Mariana and I’m going to Walt Disney World from October 22 to November 2 or 3. I love Disney! I’m looking for a Hotel for my stay and want to Know more about water park. Could you help me, please?

Oh my goodness, Mariana! Your visit to Walt Disney World Resort is just around the corner. You must be so excited!

I'd be happy to help you identify a hotel for your upcoming trip. There's a Disney-owned hotel for any budget. Let me suggest my favorite hotel in the value, moderate and deluxe categories and then you can pick the one that best fits your needs.

Disney's Pop Century Resort is my favorite value resort because of its larger-than-life icons from the decades of American history between 1950 and 1999. There are so many fabulous photo opportunities at this hotel and all the guest rooms have been recently renovated to include comfortable queen-size beds and chic decor.

Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter is my pick in the moderate category. This hotel just oozes charm and southern hospitality. If you are traveling with a significant other, you'll find the romantic vibe of this hotel intoxicating. I also love the enchanting ride you can take down the Sassagoula River from this hotel to Disney Springs.

My all-time favorite resort is Disney's Wilderness Lodge. My blood pressure drops as I drive up Timberline Drive to this deluxe hotel. The lobby is jaw-dropping. The peaceful Northwest theme portrayed at this resort will draw you back again and again, and you're just a four-minute bus ride from Magic Kingdom Park.

Between the two water parks, I consider Blizzard Beach a better fit for thrill seekers and Typhoon Lagoon the perfect place to relax in a tropical paradise. Their lazy river, in my opinion, is the best. Please send us another question if there's anything else you'd like to know.

    Safe travels,
    Jill
