Hi, My five year old wants to meet Anna & Elsa. We are visiting the week of December 6th 2014. I was told that they is a Fastpass option. How do I go about getting a Fastpass?

    Hi Allison!

I HIGHLY recommend using FastPass+ to visit Anna and Elsa at the Magic Kingdom.  I saw a posted wait time today of 240 minutes in the standby line.  I have seen it go over 300 minutes before.  Yikes!

Here's how choosing attractions in advance using FastPass+ works.  If you are staying at a Walt Disney World resort, you can make your selections 60 days in advance.  This means at midnight, 60 days before your arrival date.  If you are staying off property, you can make your selections 30 days in advance.  It might sound a little crazy, but it's pretty important to be on your computer when the clock strikes midnight at your 60 or 30 day mark to grab a time slot for Anna and Elsa.  I would say they are the most popular attraction in all of Walt Disney World at the moment, so the time slots to see them fill up fast.  You must have valid theme park tickets for every guest in your reservation  linked to your My Disney Experience account online to be eligible to make selections.

When you are ready to make your selections, sign into your My Disney Experience account, choose FastPass+ and the system will walk you through the rest.  If the option for Anna and Elsa says "Standby Only", that unfortunately means all of the time slots have been taken.  If this is the case for you, keep trying.  You never know if cancellations come up.

    Have a magical day!
