Hi, My daughter wants to meet Elsa and Anna and we selected to meet her on m Disney experience but it says stand by. What does that mean? Is there another way to make sure we get to talk with them? We are not doing Epcot. Suggestions? Frantic Mom from Wi

    Hey Julie!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Mom Panel! Thank you for bringing us this great question.

I completely understand your frustration. My daughter has also put meeting Anna & Elsa high on her to-do list for our next trip to Walt Disney World.

As you can imagine, our favorite royals from Arendelle are very popular. When you see Stand By on your My Disney Experience FastPass selection page that means all of the FastPasses for that attraction are gone... for now. I would continue to check every day between now and your vacation. People often change plans and you never know when a FastPass might become available.

If you are unable to secure a FastPass prior to your trip, you have two other options. The first would be to arrive early at the Magic Kingdom and head straight to one of the FastPass+ kiosks and try to select a FastPass for later that day. The other option is to also arrive early and go directly to Princess Fairytale Hall so that you are one of the first in line.

I hope this helps with your planning. If you have any other questions please come back and see me.

Wishing you a magical vacation and a pixie-dusted day!
