    Welcome back, RB!

Remy and Palo both offer some wonderful cocktail options besides wine, so you will certainly have the chance to try some new drinks.

At Remy, you might consider the Colette, which is named after the character from Ratatouille of course! Read about this signature drink on the Disney Parks Blog, and snag the recipe if you'd like to try it at home!

Stop by Meridian, which is the cocktail lounge between Palo and Remy, and you can take a look at their delicious cocktail offerings. If you see one you like, I bet your server at Remy would be happy to bring that to your table during dinner. They offer delicious drinks like Creme Brulee Martinis, Pomegranate Passion frozen drinks and about eight different cognacs, as well as many other drinks.

My husband and I enjoyed treating my mother-in-law and father-in-law to brunch at Palo when we sailed together too, so I'm sure your mom will love having this special meal with you. We had mimosas which were delicious, but last time I had brunch there they also offered Kir Royale, Bellinis and a few other fruity champagne based cocktails.

Finally, though not related to Remy or Palo, I highly suggest trying the Konk Kooler, Castaway Cay's signature drink, when you are on the island. A mix of rum, passion fruit, pina colada and orange juice, it is delicious and tastes like Disney Cruise Line to me! Though you can find the recipe online and try it at home, (and we do often!), it's not quite the same as enjoying it barefoot in the sand on Castaway Cay!

Cheers to your Disney Cruise, RB!
