Hi,It's our first trip to Disneyland and we are traveling with two girls (5yrs and 3yrs). What character dining experiences would be best to meet Mickey and Minnie Mouse and also a Disney Princess like Belle, Cinderella or Sleeping Beauty. Cheers

    Hi, Tracey!

I'm so glad to hear you’re planning a visit to the Disneyland Resort with your little princesses! There’s so much for the whole family to enjoy at The Happiest Place on Earth, and the first trip is always extra magical.

You could begin one of your mornings with the Minnie & Friends Breakfast at Plaza Inn in Disneyland Park, where your daughters can enjoy a meal with visits from some favorite characters, including Minnie Mouse! The buffet breakfast is all-you-can-enjoy and offers many great one-on-one character photo opportunities. I’ve dined at Ariel’s Grotto at Disney California Adventure Park several times and really enjoy the whimsical undersea atmosphere and character interactions during “Ariel’s Disney Princess Celebration.” My favorite item is the dessert platter, which is almost too pretty to eat! There, your daughters can meet four or five princesses. Dining reservations can be made by calling (714) 781-DINE (3463) up to 60 days in advance.

Your daughters won’t want to miss Fantasy Faire in Disneyland Park, a whimsical new storybook village near Sleeping Beauty Castle where they can meet several favorite Disney princesses and see all-new shows featuring Belle and Rapunzel!

I hope this helps, Tracey, and that you enjoy a perfectly pixie-dusted vacation! Please write back with any other questions you may have as your planning continues.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
