    Hi! I'm trying to do my resort check in online and it asks for a 4 digit pin. When I press the "add" button, it does nothing? Should I call Disney IT?

    Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel for assistance with your Walt Disney World Resort hotel check-in!

    Sometimes Stitch gets in there and messes up the system, so I definitely recommend giving a call to the friendly Cast Members at 1(407)939-5277 and they will be able to assist you with getting access to that PIN number! That will be very important in making purchases with your MagicBand, so you definitely want that to work.
