    Amy from ON Asked

Hi, I'm taking my 6 yo daughter to Disney & it will just be the two of us. I'd like to find out more about the guest assisted pass. I have a rare & severe arthritis in my spine. Would I be able to obtain this pass & what do I require ?

    Hello, Amy,

How wonderful that you are planning trip to Walt Disney World with your daughter!  Disney Parks currently offers a Disability Access Service Card.  The link I provided will share the details about this service with you, but the gist of it is that it is intended to help guests who cannot wait in a conventional queue. You'll need to visit Guest Relations at any of the theme parks to register for the card; your photo will be taken as well. You will be taken at your word; a note from a doctor is not required.

If you have any further questions about the Disability Access Service Card or about your future trip, please let us know. We are happy to help!  -Kara
