HI. I purchased the Canadian promotional park hopper tickets from the Canadian automobile association and was given "Walt Disney World Canadian Resident Exchange Certificate." Can this certificate be linked to my Disney experience? Thank you.

    Bonjour Chris,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

The Exchange Certificate that you received from CAA can absolutely be linked to your My Disney Experience account by using the id number located on the back of your certificate. You may have to scratch off a section of the Certificate in order to find your number. This will then allow you to make your FastPass+ selections for your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort. If you have any trouble, please contact Walt Disney World Resort for more information. There is a super useful “My Disney Experience” hotline with people who will be happy to assist you.

Finally, please remember that prior to entering your first Theme Park, you’ll need to visit Guest Relations with proof of Canadian citizenship or residency in order to activate them for admission.

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
