Hi, I am planning to go to Disney World in August with my 4 children- ages 4, 2 year old twins, and age 1. We are going to have 2 (possibly 3) days at the parks and I was wondering, which parks you would suggest going to? Thank you!

Hi there, Jennifer! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I have two little ones myself who are going to be 4 and 1 by the time our next trip rolls around, so planning for this age group is what I love!

Jennifer, when it comes to figuring out the best park for your family, you absolutely must spend at least one full day at the Magic Kingdom. Not only will your little ones be absolutely mesmerized by the sight of Cinderella Castle, but this park also has the most for your little ones to do.

Favorites that the whole family can enjoy include The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Dumbo, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin. The Festival of Fantasy Parade is always a huge hit for this age group, so be sure that you check it out!

If you have some Toy Story fans, you absolutely must visit Toy Story Land in Disney's Hollywood Studios. While your littlest mousekateers may not meet the height requirement, Slinky Dog Dash is easily my son's favorite ride in all of Walt Disney World, and the whole family can get in on the fun at Toy Story Mania! If you are ready to have some climate controlled fun, For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration and the Disney Junior Dance Party! will have your whole crew dancing in the air-conditioned aisles.

Jennifer, if you choose to add an extra day, I would recommend that you spend 2 full days in the Magic Kingdom, since there is so much to do!

Did you know that there are dedicated Baby Care Centers in each park? Not just for babies, you will find helpful tools for the whole family, including sanitary changing tables, bottle warmers, high chairs, and an area for your oldest to relax while you take care of the littles. One of my favorite things about the baby care center for my almost 4-year-old is that the one in the Magic Kingdom has toddler-sized potty inserts, which is essential for his current stage of potty training.

I hope that this helped, Jennifer. Please come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if we can help as you plan your magical getaway!
