Hi! I would like to make an advance purchase for the Memory Maker. However, my computer pre-dates dinosaurs and won't handle it. Is it possible to purchase this on a CD/DVD?

    Bonjour Dominique,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel… or should I say, welcome, brave visitor from the Palaeozoic era!!

I recently upgraded my computer, so I can understand feeling like you’re using a hammer and a spike to chisel out an email on a stone tablet before clicking “send”. Unfortunately, although you can definitely have your Disney PhotoPass pictures put onto a CD/DVD and have the disc then shipped to you, you do have to pay for your “Memory Maker Archive Disc” (although it does come at a discount if you’ve already purchased Memory Maker).

If it helps, I was able to download my family’s pictures on my antiquated computer last year without any major issues, aside from the fact that it took a while and I was madder than a T-Rex by the time it was all said and done! The one thing that I wasn’t able to do was add any borders or edit my pictures, but that didn’t bother me too much. If you can make your family’s FastPass+ selections and access My Disney Experience from your computer, you should be good to go. If you have any questions about whether your computer will be able to access your Disney PhotoPass pictures, please call the My Disney Experience, MagicBands and FastPass+ at (407) 939-4357.

I hope my answer helps you plan your upcoming vacation! Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
