Hi! I have an ADR at Crystal Palace at 8:05am on 7/21. MK will be opening at 8am this day. Will my party be allowed into the park before it opens, even though our ADR is after opening? How early would we be able to enter? Thanks! Can't wait!!

    Hey, Jennifer!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I love having breakfast with my friends from the Hundred Acre Wood at The Crystal Palace. Make sure to try the Puffed French Toast made by Pooh. It's yummy in your tummy. This Character Dining Experience is practically perfect in every way!

When you arrive at the entrance to Magic Kingdom Park you will see a Cast Member with a clipboard checking Guests for early dining reservations or tours. You will be directed to a line (typically on the left side) and wait until they open the theme park between 7:40 a.m. and 7:50 a.m. just for these Guests. General admission will not begin until the theme park officially opens at 8:00 a.m. You will have a little time to see the park nd take photos before your reservation. The meal takes about 60 minutes for all the Disney Characters to make their way around. Have your cameras, permanent markers and autograph books ready for some big smiles. When you finish just head out to your favorite attraction.

Disney Dad Tip: I would schedule you first FastPass+ reservation for 8:10 a.m. because you have 60 minutes to use it. Breakfast should not take the entire hour and you will be able to enter an attraction immediately with this reservation. Your other two preselected FastPass+ reservations after that can be scheduled at 9:10 a.m. and 10:10 a.m.

    Bon appetit!

Jennifer, enjoy making and eating many Magical Memories!
