    Hi How do we know if we are testing the magicbands. I've been on Disney Experience section but as we have booked our holiday through the vacation club it's coming up with " you have no vacation booked " Thank you in advance

    Howdy Mark!  Great question!

    You will be contacted if you will be part of the Magic Band testing.  I believe, based on your place of residence, that if you are selected to participate in the testing, you will pick up your Magic Bands when you check-in at your Resort.

    I have experienced similar circumstances with some of my reservations not showing up on My Disney Experience.  I would suggest that you contact My Disney Experience at phone number (407) 939-7765.  Give the Cast Member the details of your reservation and they will be able to assist you further.

    MyMagic+ is such an exciting enhancement for Disney Guests!!  Thanks for your question and please let me know if you need any further information as you plan your vacation.  I see that you will be visiting Walt Disney World Resort in December of this year.  With over two months before your check-in date, stay tuned to be sure you have the most recent updates regarding Magic Band testing and MyMagic+.
