Hi, Are all of the rooms renovated at Pop Century now?

Hello there, Cherrilee! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks so much for reaching out and allowing us to help you plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

You’re only a few short weeks away from your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! I am so very excited about the amazing adventure you’re about to embark on!

Disney’s Pop Century Resort may fall into the “Value” category of Disney Resort hotels, however, it should not be counted as lesser than other Disney Resort hotels! This resort is themed after many of the latest and greatest pop-culture references from the 1950s all the way to the 1990s. You’ll find various monuments dedicated to fashion, phrases, toys, music, and more as you take in all this resort has to offer.

A resort-wide refurbishment recently concluded at Disney’s Pop Century Resort last year and completely transformed every single Guest room! You will now find each room sports a more modern-retro look as well as a variety of all-new features. Guests can look forward to larger TVs, in-room coffee makers, USB-port outlets, and upgraded shower heads in each room at Disney’s Pop Century Resort. After staying there last September, I highly recommend staying at this resort and trying out all the new features it has to offer!

While visiting, I would also suggest keeping an eye out for the Disney Skyliner! This all-new mode of transportation will be opening in Fall 2019 and will begin ferrying Guests across property from their own Disney-themed gondola. In the very near future, this will be a great way for Guests to travel while also taking in an aerial view of Walt Disney World Resort!

Best of luck continuing to plan for your upcoming vacation!
