Hey! This year Im turn 30 and I want a special trip and thinking about Disney World! Because of work I just can go in December and want to know it is a good idea enjoy Christmas and New Year there. I’ll probably go alone, do you think I can enjoy?

Hi there, Mariana! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We appreciate you taking the time to stop back by and ask another excellent Walt Disney World Resort question!

There are so many magical things to love about visiting Walt Disney World Resort during the holidays! At Epcot, you can visit Epcot International Festival of the Holidays and take the opportunity to see how the holidays are celebrated around the world. In the evening, you will be able to catch the Candlelight Processional which tells the classic story of Christmas and features a different celebrity narrator at various points throughout the season!

There's also Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom! Guests will have the opportunity to meet Disney Characters in their holiday bests and view special seasonal entertainment. My favorite part, though, is the complimentary cookies and cocoa available throughout the park!

The offerings above are only a small part of the things you can experience at Walt Disney World Resort during the holidays! I've celebrated my own December birthday by visiting Walt Disney World Resort by myself and I had an absolute blast! It was so much fun to create my own schedule and do whatever I wanted to do during this trip. It was also great being able to return home and tell my family all about my adventures!

Hopefully, this information will assist you in making your decision! Please let us know if we can answer any other questions for you!
