    Hey panel, I was wondering if there is a problem with online check-in? Our trip is in 7 days and I've been trying to check in on-line for 2 days now and it's not letting me? Maybe I'm not doing something right.....

    Hello Teresa,

    I love the convenience of online check-in at Disney Resorts. It's as if your vacation is beginning a few days early. So hopefully I can help answer your question!

    There appears to be no problems with online check-in at this time. But don't worry! Did you book with Cast Members at Disney Reservations and or with an outside travel agent? If so, your confirmation number should be recognized by the system. I'd suggest calling 407-939-7675 to speak to a Cast Member to see if they can assist.

    But if you are a AAA member, make sure your travel agent gave you a Disney provided confirmation number. This is vital for online check-in. If AAA offers you a confirmation number that is different than that typically offered by Disney, your online check-in will not work. And you will have to wait until you arrive on property for the magic to officially begin.
