Hey, We go to Disney Orlando all the time and use the pass that gets autistic kids and family into alternative entrance. I went to Disneyland Paris recently and they said that only the kid and one parent was allowed to use it, Is it now the same in Orlando

Hi Gemma! The cast member in Guest Services that I recently talked to about the Guest Assistance Card did not indicate there was a limit on who can use that and instead asked another guest how many were in their party and wrote that on the card. In some cases at certain attractions the alternate wait area might be small and guests might be asked to only send those that are in need of the area with a minimum of necessary family members. This is through courtesy to those other guests who might need the space.  If a guest attempts to try to get 10 persons in through this card it will be questioned but only because the space is limited. It does not allow faster entrance to an attraction so if the ride offers Fast Pass it is suggested you get the Fast Pass as well and it will be faster for you to get through. Many guests have thought in the past that it is a free pass to the front but they have revamped that to make sure all guests have the same fair wait times as all others
