Hey everyone! It was my first time to actually make the purchase of our package online and we paid our final balance on October 1st. Should we expect to get our tickets and confirmation for the resort by mail or when we reach the resort?

    Hi Regan!

Congratulations on your fast-approaching Walt Disney World vacation! You're going to have the most magical time ever!

You can expect to receive your vacation 'packages' including some literature, check-in vouchers, special offer coupons, luggage tags and if applicable, Disney's Magical Express luggage stickers, about 21-30 days prior to your vacation commencement date. These often arrive as two separate mailings; one from Magical Express and one from the Walt Disney Travel Co. If you reach 2 weeks from your departure date and have not received your package(s), simply call in at (407) 939-7675 to inquire. Occasionally, mail mishaps do occur, but your packages will quickly be re-printed and sent out to you in a jiffy!

If you're using the Disney's Magical Express complimentary airport transportation service, it's important that you have your Motor Coach vouchers and luggage stickers prior to departure.

All of your other vacation components such as Park Tickets and the Disney Dining Plan, if applicable, will be presented to you upon check-in at your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel. Your resort room key, known as a Key to the World Card, will contain everything you need to make your days in the parks worry free! It's your room key, park ticket, dining plan, charge card, and Disney Resort Guest identification, all in one!

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel with your great question Regan.
I hope you'll write me back again soon!

Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World!

    Kirsten
