Hi, Sherri! I'm rolling up my sleeves and preparing to tackle this question like greasy fried chicken. Here we go!

11 days. Awesome. You'll be able to fit in nearly everything. Best way to plan what to do each day? Visit TouringPlans.com and check out the recommended parks to visit and parks to avoid. Since you're skipping Animal Kingdom (don't tell the yeti, he'll get mad,) here's what I'd recommend: on a day where Animal Kingdom is the recommended park to visit, go to Universal instead.

Dinner/fireworks. You can see fireworks from both California Grill and Narcoosee's. I'd say their menus are equally exciting in the eyes of a teenager. California Grill does have flatbread. You teens could always order off of the kid menu to play it safe.

Fav ADRs. At Epcot, we like Biergarten and Le Cellier. Magic Kingdom? Crystal Palace. At Hollywood Studios, your kids might get a kick out of both Sci-Fi and 50s Prime Time, where you and the mister will likely get corrected on your dining etiquette. Kids like to see their parents get their chops busted.
