Hey, We have just booked our very first holiday to WDW at the port Oleans resort. We got the 2 quick service meal plans with our package but just wondered if there are many if any table service restaurants that we can use?

Hi, Oliver, and welcome to our Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Thank you for trusting our advice to make your Walt Disney World Resort plans! Your first trip will surely be unforgettable!

It's fantastic that you already have a Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan to cover your daily meal needs! If you're a snacker like me, you may even consider sharing meals and converting remaining Quick-Service credits into Snack credits to enjoy during your trip.

Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside has a Table Service restaurant that you are welcome to visit, even if your current Dining Plan does not cover Table Service meals. You can pay for the meals you enjoy there with cash or even charge them to your room using a MagicBand. This is a perfect plan for a special night!

In fact, you can book and enjoy a Table Service meal at any Disney Resort, as the restaurants are not restricted to Guests that are staying at each location. Some of my favorite restaurants at the Walt Disney World Resort are located at hotels. 'Ohana, at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, offers an excellent atmosphere for a family-style dinner.

Jiko - The Cooking Place at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is my favorite restaurant and has the most extensive African wine cellar outside of Africa. The Charcuterie and Cheese Board is always full of delicious surprises, and the Mrouzia-style Moroccan Lamb Tagine just melts in your mouth.

If you like steaks, the Yachtsman Steakhouse at Disney's Yacht Club Resort is your destination. If you would rather enjoy the company of magical characters, the Storybook Dining at Artist Point with Snow White is your place - the food is as enchanted as the location, Disney's Wilderness Lodge.

We will be here to help you with the next steps! We can advise you on how to book those restaurants (there is a very strategic timeline to make it happen ideally), choose tickets, and make FastPass+ arrangements, so don't hesitate to come back for more tips. We'll make it as magical as it can be together!

May the magic be with you!
