You have been so helpful with questions about wheelchair access I'm wondering if there is anything special we need to so if we plan to take Magical Express if someone in our party uses a wheelchair. Thanks for your help!

    Welcome Back Shannon!

It is my pleasure to assist you!  Disney's Magical Express can indeed accommodate Guests in wheelchairs.  When you make your Disney Magical Express Reservation, be sure to indicate that you'll be traveling with a Guest in a wheelchair.  I'm not sure if the person in your party will be able to transfer by taking a few steps to get on the bus or if they will need to remain in their wheelchair during the trip from the airport to your resort.  If they will need to remain in their wheelchair, be sure you tell them that you will need a wheelchair lift when you make your Magical Express reservation.

If the person in your party will require the use of a wheelchair lift, about a week before your arrival, I'd call Disney's Magical Express at 866-599-0951 to confirm that it is noted on your reservation.  When you arrive at the Magical Express counter in the Orlando Airport, remind the Cast Member of it as well.  It should all be taken care of but I always like to be sure.

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
