Hello, We are staying at a WDW resort, and visiting EPCOT on the last day. After we have checked out at 11am, will we be able to leave our car in our resort lot until our day at EPCOT is done? Would we be able to park at other resorts, as well? Thanks

    Hey Carly-

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Epcot is the perfect way to spend your last day at Walt Disney World Resort. All the delicious food and fun shows keep that magic flowing as I travel home.

Since you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel you will receive a parking pass that will expire on your check out date at the end of the day. This parking pass will allow free entrance into any theme park so have no fear about your car.

Getting into other resorts is little tricky. Most of the time gate guards will stop your vehicle and ask why you are visiting. If you have a restaurant reservation then they will check and let you in. I would not count on being able to get into every resort. That being said you could always park at the Transportation and Ticket Center (parking lot for Magic Kingdom Park) and ride the Walt Disney World Resort Monorail to the Magic Kingdom Resorts or park at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and take the walking path or Friendship Boats to Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts and Disney’s BoardWalk Inn.

Disney Dad Tip: Recently we took the walking path from Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. Along the way we stopped at the wedding pavilion and went inside. It is stunning!

Carly, enjoy making many Magical Memories!
