Hello! We are planning a trip to Disneyland Resort October 11 - 13, 2016. Wondering if the increased prices of hotels in the area is an indicator of more crowds. My husband is thinking about Yom Kippur in particular. Thanks

Teri, thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I love visiting the Disneyland Resort during Fall as I love the cooler weather and the beautiful decorations that are put out during that time. I enjoy seeing the iconic Mickey Mouse Giant Pumpkin on Main Street USA and indulging in seasonal treats.

During the months of September and October, Disneyland Park hosts Mickey's Halloween Party on select nights. As a result, park attendance may be higher when this event is happening. My kids love trick-or-treating at the different booths set up throughout the park. Mickey's Halloween Party usually sells out quickly and requires a separate event ticket. Tickets generally go on sale in the summer. Be sure to check out the Disney Parks Blog to stay up-to-date on events happening at the Disneyland Resort.

If you have further questions, please visit us on the Panel again.

    Have a magical day,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

I am a wife and mother to 2 children, a 14 year old daughter and 9 year old son. I have always enjoyed going to Disneyland Resort as a child and now that I am a mother, I love watching my children experience Disneyland Resort through their eyes. It is a true delight seeing my daughter wear a ball gown walking side by side with Cinderella or my son jumping gleefully after he defeated Darth Maul in a light saber duel! Learn More About Kiki
