Hello We will be arriving in 30 days. I want to purchase the memory maker. My question is,do I need a magic ban for everyone in my party,to access the parks and to enjoy other things? Thank you

    Hello, Gloria!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You will love Memory Maker! It's one of the best souvenEARs that I purchase for every trip, and even better with the current advanced purchase offer. While many Guests prefer to use MagicBands for their convenience, they are not a must-do for others.

Without MagicBands, your family can still access the theme parks and capture many magical memories. Your family members will use their theme park admission cards for admittance and access to FastPass+ experiences. When you get a photo taken by Disney's PhotoPass Service photographer, you will receive a PhotoPass card to collect all your photos from your trip. You will need multiple cards if your family splits up. Don't forget to take a picture of the code on the back of each card in case a card is lost. You'll want to capture all the magical moments so you can download them via Memory Maker.

For my family, MagicBands ARE must-dos. We don't have to worry about keeping up with theme park admission cards or multiple PhotoPass photo cards. Our MagicBands serve as our room key, and we can allow charging privileges when we stay at a Disney Resort hotel. No more fear of losing an admission card or a PhotoPass card as we zoom through Space Mountain! I love that our ride attraction photos and videos automatically associate to our MagicBands. Everything is linked right, and that is magic!

I hope this helps, and you make many unforgettable memories with your family. Please let us know if other questions arise before your visit. We are hEAR to help!
