Hello, My husband and I were wondering if we buy the base ticket & we want to go back to our non-Disney resort for a few hours and then go back for dinner and fireworks, are we able to re enter the park after we leave? not sure about doing park hopper

    Hello Lauren,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  We're so happy you stopped by with your question!

Magic Your Way Base Tickets will provide you with admission to any one of the 4 theme parks - Magic Kingdom, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Epcot or Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park - per day for the number of days you've purchased.  With the Base Ticket, you are welcome to leave and reenter the same theme park as many times as you'd like in the same day.  Leaving and reentering the same theme park will not use more than one day of your tickets, and you do not need to add the Park Hopper Option to take advantage of that great benefit.  Your idea to hit the parks early, head back to your hotel for a few hours and then return for dinner and nighttime fun is a great one - that's exactly the plan my family usually follows during our vacations!

If you're looking for more choices each day, you have a couple other options.  You can add the Park Hopper Option to your tickets, which lets you visit as many of those 4 parks each day as you'd like.  If the water parks and DisneyQuest Indoor Interactive Theme Park interest you, the Water Parks Fun & More Option might also be worth considering.

I hope that helps with your planning, Lauren, but please write back if we can help answer any other questions.

Wishing you a most magical visit!
