    Beverly from AB Asked

Hello, In early February we purchased 10 days park hopper passes for Canadians. On the passes it says they must be used within 14 days from first use. Does that mean we have day 1 of use +13 days to use it up or day 1 of use +14 days.

Hi, Beverly! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I’m so happy that Canadians like us are getting this fantastic Canadian Multi-Day Ticket Offer, and I am even happier that you took advantage of it! Yes, you are correct, these Disney Theme Park Tickets expire within 14 days of first use and your first day would be day 1, so you would get an additional 13 days after that. For example, if I used my first Disney Theme Park Ticket on May 1st, I could use the remaining balance as far out as May 14th.

I suggest downloading the My Disney Experience mobile app before leaving so that you can make changes to your Advanced Dining Reservations, FastPass+ selections and see where your favourite Disney Characters are from the palm of your hand! By connecting to the complimentary Wi-Fi, you won’t have to worry about roaming charges!

I hope this answers your question and that you come visit us again real soon!
