Hello, I am visiting the park from Australia in June/July. My grandsons are Jack Sparrow crazy so I have booked them in for the Pirates League. They would really love to do the swashbuckling experience but I cannot find a link to book this. Help much appre

Yo ho ho...Ahoy there, Janet!  Shiver me timbers!  I hEAR you have a couple of Buccaneers who are interested in The Pirates League experience at Magic Kingdom Park.

I have a couple young Landlubbers myself who yearned for a seafaring makeover- they enjoyed it so much, they returned for a second time the following year!  There are a couple of packages to choose from, but luckily we were able to conjure up some Jack Sparrow Halloween costumes from our local Disney Store, so we opted for The First Mate Package, which includes a sword and sheath, a reversible bandana, and an earring and eye patch. There are also makeup options for different looks, but my kids' favorite was the Black Eyed Jack.  All day in the park, guests and Cast Members were commenting on their "piratical" looks.  My favorite reaction was from a fellow young swashbuckler who had also visited The Pirate's League, and he decided he wanted to participate with my kiddos in an impromptu friendly duel in the middle of Liberty Square.  Luckily I had my camera ready because it's these unplanned magical moments that make you smile every time you see them.

Reservations can be made up to 180 days in advance and are highly recommended. At this time, there isn't a link for online booking, so if I were you, I'd call (407) WDW-CREW or (407) 939-2739.

I hope you and your Mateys have a jolly (Roger) vacation!  Arrr!

Hi, I'm Eean from Pennsylvania!  I may have an unusual name, but my passion for Disney is not unique.  It’s amazing how many people you can find who love talking about, "The Most Magical Place On Earth!"  I'm that mom who always has her ears perked at PTO meetings, in the grocery store aisle, or at middle school basketball games waiting for an opportunity to give someone a planning tip to help make their vacation even more magical.
