    Hello, I am trying to get my family set up with My Disney Experience, sharing 2 reservations. My mom tried to set up a M.D.E account for my dad, and now she cannot find it. It tells her he already has an account. How do we reset his information?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us your vacation planning question. My Disney Experience is such a wonderful and convenient way to keep track of all of your trip plans, but even "experts" like myself run into occasional problems. Not too long ago, I somehow created a duplicate account and it was a complete headache until I reached the lovely Cast Members at the Online Support Help Desk. They were able to look up my email, find the problem and help me out with everything. I definitely recommend giving them a call at (407) 939-4357.
