    Hello, I have purchased the unlimited photo pass for my visit to disney world for the date of 17th of Dec and the watermarks in the app picture should’ve to disapear but nothing happened and the watermarks still their :(

    It sounds like you just recently returned from your Walt Disney World vacation, and I do hope you enjoyed a most magical stay! It also sounds like you purchased Memory Maker, the Disney PhotoPass product. What I love about Memory Maker is that I find it's the best and most convenient way to enjoy all the Disney PhotoPass Service photos taken during a vacation. I love looking back on every Disney PhotoPass photo, whether it's a beautiful Cinderella Castle photo taken on Main Street, U.S.A. or a fun attraction ride photo, or a photo of us meeting our favorite Disney Character friend. The Disney PhotoPass photos always help me cherish the memories of our Walt Disney World moments.

    When you purchase Memory Maker, you'll have the ability to download PhotoPass photos while your Memory Maker is active. If you're viewing PhotoPass photos in My Disney Experience Mobile App or My Disney Experience online, the photos will appear with a Disney PhotoPass watermark until Memory Maker is activated. I recall that when I purchased Memory Maker and went to download a watermarked photo for the first time, I was given a prompt asking me if I wanted to activate Memory Maker. Once I activated Memory Maker, my photos were available to download without a watermark. If you have questions on activating Memory Maker, you can reach out to the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support Team at (407)-560-4300. I have contacted the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support Team on a few occasions and they are always happy to help with questions.
