Hello I am planning a family trip for WDW in January. We have a 3yr old & 6 month old baby. Questions are: Do you think 14 days would be too long? What resort has best 1 bdrm suites for babies? Is a dining plan worth it for a 3yr old? Thanks :)

Greetings, Mike, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I'm so pleased to hear you're planning a vacation to Walt Disney World Resort and thrilled that you're thinking about a Disney Resort hotel affording you exclusive conveniences and amenities. Be sure to book Disney's Magical Express complimentary return motor coach shuttle from Orlando International Airport during your reservation process.

Fourteen days on property is perfect because you could space your Theme Park visits in between resting at your hotel and you won't feel rushed, especially with small children. I highly recommend one of many Disney Dining Plan packages as part of your Magic Your Way Vacation Package which will also include your Theme Park tickets and Disney Resort hotel. This way everything has been pre-paid for and all you need to worry about is having fun shopping for souvenirs, Mike.

You may wish to take a look at the periodic Special Offers and Deals which may save you a lot of money and be of interest to you. Keep a close watch on this link found under the 'Places to Stay' tab at disneyworld.disney.go.com

Disney's Planning for Preschool Kids and Little Ones resource is perfect for you and offers suitable accommodations such as Disney Deluxe Villas Resorts, sample itineraries, the Preschool Parent's Guide, and much more!
