All Star Movies Pool

Hello! I am coming to Disney in April of 2019 and staying at All Star Movies. Two people in my party won’t share a bed. Is there a way we can get a roll away bed? Not sure if one would even fit in a room. Thanks for your help!

Hi Debbie!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

You must be so excited about your upcoming stay at Disney's All-Star Movies Resort! You'll be happy to know that I just spoke with a Cast Member to confirm that a limited number of rollaway beds are available upon request. You will want to call the Disney Reservation Center at 407-560-CHAT (2428), any time prior to arrival, and a Cast Member would be happy to add that request for you. Please note this is a request only, and is not guaranteed. There is an additional fee. You can obtain the specific cost for your stay when you call.

Based upon my experience staying at similar Value Resorts, adding the rollaway bed will make space a bit tight. You might be more comfortable in a slightly larger room at a Moderate Resort.  Both Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside and Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort have "5th sleeper" rooms with a Child-Size Pull-Down bed. This bed is slightly smaller than a twin bed, and as the name implies is suitable for a child, but would also be fine for a smaller adult. If you decide you prefer to stick with your original choice of resorts, I have another tip for you: Disney's All-Star Movies Resort is in the midst of room renovations. The updated rooms have one Queen bed and one Queen-Size Pull-Down bed that when folded up, converts to a table, giving you more free space.  Again, this type of room would be a request and not guaranteed.
