Hello! Can you confirm the attractions that offer Rider Swap at Epcot? There is conflicting information on several websites. In addition, can you confirm the attractions at E and MK that have single rider lines? There is also conflicting info online. Thx!

    Hi Meredith,

Thanks for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I love planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and agree with you that there can be some conflicting information from different sources online. I'm happy to help clear some of this up for you!

First, a list of the attractions that currently offer Rider Switch is available on Disney's website, which I always consider to be the most reliable source for planning my trips. To use this great service, you'll simply bring your entire party, including the Guest(s) not riding, to the Cast Member at the attraction entrance and ask for a Rider Switch pass. The majority of your party will be able to experience the attraction while one Guest waits with whoever is not riding. Once the first group has experienced the attraction, the one who was waiting and one additional Guest may use the Rider Switch pass to enter the FastPass+ queue and enjoy the attraction while the first group stays with any non-riders.

As far as a single rider line, the only attraction currently offering this option at either Epcot or Magic Kingdom Park is Test Track. There is often a much shorter wait time for that line than the regular standby line, however, I did want to let you know that if you utilize the single rider line, you will bypass the portion of the attraction where you get to personalize your vehicle. You will have a few preset selections you may choose from when you ride from the single rider queue, however, if designing your virtual vehicle is really important to you, you may want to use the standard queue or FastPass+ option for this attraction.

If you have any other questions as you're planning your trip, Meredith, we're here and happy to help. I hope you have a truly magical vacation!
