I heard of ppl shipping some supplies to their hotel for when they arrive. I would like to do this since traveling w/lil one in diapers and limitted suitcase space. How do I go about doing this? and how far before arrival?

    Hi Jessica,

I like the way you think!  Guests are welcome to ship packages to hold for their arrival. I do this almost every time I stay at a Disney Resort. Its one less thing for me to have to remember to pack and risk sending my luggage into the excessive weight category when I fly down.

Here is how you should address the package:

    Disney's _____________ Resort
    Address

Please hold for Guest (your name here)
Guest Arriving on (arrival date here)

If you need the address, let me know which resort you're checking into and I'll be happy to get that for you.

If I am checking in on a Friday, I usually ship my package on Monday just to be sure it is enough time to arrive before I do. When you check in, mention that you should have a package - they usually have it waiting at Check-In for you. If not, they will deliver it to your room shortly.

This is a super smart thing to do - just make sure you bring enough diapers or other supplies with you on board to last you while you're on the Magical Express and until you get checked into your room.

I often take labels with me ready to ship packages back home in the same box at the end of my trip. I usually have a "few" extra souvenEARs that won't fit in my suitcase.

Wishing you many magical memories :-) Allison
