I heard there is a place you can have your picture taken to look like your flying by the castle. Do you know if this is true and where it is located?

There are a number of opportunities for trick photography at Walt Disney World, but I am not aware of the specific picture you mention.

You can read about having characters added to your photos in the posts HERE, HERE, and HERE.

There are also fun photo locations in Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios where you can have your picture inserted into a pre-set background. The backgrounds are things like animated scenes with characters or photos of celebrities. For example, it might look like you are part of the cast of High School Musical or something similar.

It certainly is possible that one of these pre-set backgrounds is the castle. If this exists, the place to look is at the Kodak Imageworks center at Epcot. This is located at the end of the Journey to Imagination ride in Future World. Stop there and ask the cast members. If anyone can tell you, they can.
