I heard that meeting Ana and Elsa can only be done at the Magic Kingdom and only with Fast Pass+. They are already booked for every day of our vacation Nov16th-21st. Can you tell me if this is true that we will not be able to meet them? Thanks!

    Hi Carrie ~

Your trip will be here before you know it. Are you too excited to sleep yet?

Meeting Anna and Elsa at Princess Fairytale Hall is a very popular "must do" for many Guests visiting the Magic Kingdom. Currently, Guests who are not using Disney FastPass+ service (FP+) at this location are able to wait in a stand by queue to meet Anna and Elsa. The stand by queue gets pretty long, pretty fast. Cast Members now walk Guests down Main Street, U.S.A. at opening in an orderly fashion to prevent a mad dash (or Frozen 5K if you will) to Princess Fairytale Hall. This is much like they did for Soarin' in Epcot.

If you are unable to get a FP+ for meeting Anna and Elsa at Princess Fairytale Hall, I would plan to be at the Magic Kingdom as soon as it opens and head straight there.

Disney will from time to time test new things to try to ensure a good experience for the largest number of Guests as possible. Sometimes testing leads to changes and sometimes it does not. While anything is always a possibility and changes may occur, there is nothing official as to whether or not there will be any permanent changes for the meet and greet with Anna and Elsa at this time.

Don't forget, Queen Elsa will begin transforming Cinderella Castle in the Magic Kingdom into an ice palace each evening on November 5, 2014. You can also see Anna and Elsa in the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade in the afternoons.

Please feel free to visit again with any other questions. We'll be hEAR for you up until you embark on your pixie dusted trail!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
