Hi, I heard Disney is now charging for overnight parking at the resorts. True or False? We are staying at the Port Orleans French Quarter, not a monorail hotel. Thanks!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Elisa!

Thank you for stopping by with your excellent question about Disney Resort hotel overnight self-parking fees.

Elisa, you are correct. Effective for reservations made March 21, 2018 and thereafter, standard overnight self-parking is available to registered Guests for an additional fee.  This fee will be applied to your Disney Resort hotel folio upon check-out. Yes, this fee is applicable at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter as well.

For your reference, below are the standard overnight self-parking fees per Disney Resort hotel category:

      •  Disney Value Resort hotels: $13 per night
      •  Disney Moderate Resort hotels: $19 per night
      •  Disney Deluxe and Deluxe Villa Resort hotels: $24 per night

Disney’s Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter is a Disney Moderate Resort hotel. Your standard overnight self-parking fees will be $19 per night.

Elisa, if you have any other questions, you are always welcome to return to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We are here to help you plan a “practically perfect” Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
