We will be heading to WDW at the end of July for my son's birthday and have decided to try out the waterparks. My boys may be too tall for the kiddie area, but my youngest is not the best swimmer. Can they wear life vests on the water slides?

    Hi Debra!

Congratulations on your upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World Resort!

It is great to hear that you are going to try the water parks, because you and your family will have so much fun! Life vest are not allowed on specific slides depending on the water park. At Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park, life vests are not allowed on Slush Gusher and Summit Plummet. At Typhoon Lagoon, life vests are not allowed on Humunga Kowabunga. A cast member will be able to assist you when you arrive. Life vests are provided free of charge, so that is one less thing to have to worry about.

    Have a magical vacation!
