Hello! We are heading to the parks and would like to do something special for a little girl in our lives that is stuck in a hospital fighting cancer. Will the characters pose for a picture holding a pre-made get well sign for her? Is it allowed? TY!

Hi, Nicole!  If the character is capable of holding items, this should not be a problem.  For example, King Louie of Jungle Book fame cannot grasp things.  Obviously, Lightning McQueen and Mater can't either.  i'm sure there are others I'm forgetting.  Otherwise, it should not be a problem.  To expedite things, so as not to delay other Guests, you may want to speak to the Cast Member that is handling each character.  Explaining the situation to him/her will give him/her the opportunity to let the character know what is going on with the sign.  I think this is a fantastic idea that will be sure to provide a pick-me-up to that little girl when you return.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
