Hello! We are heading to DLR in June. We are early risers/early to bed and am wondering if I make an evening dinner pkg reservation, will we get stuck with FastPasses to the later shows? Would it be best to get FP from the kiosk or book lunch a pkg?

Greetings Carley and thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

My job as a nurse requires me to be an early riser as well, and I try my best to keep to a similar sleep pattern while on vacation.

With that said, I like to start my day early at the parks before the crowd arrives. This gives us time to get the must-do fast passes for rides and shows. While I do enjoy dining packages that include vouchers for preferred viewing areas, the safest bet for getting FastPasses to the early show is to obtain them early in the day at the kiosks. Early bird gets the worm!

I am a wife and mother to 2 children, a 14 year old daughter and 9 year old son. I have always enjoyed going to Disneyland Resort as a child and now that I am a mother, I love watching my children experience Disneyland Resort through their eyes. It is a true delight seeing my daughter wear a ball gown walking side by side with Cinderella or my son jumping gleefully after he defeated Darth Maul in a light saber duel! Learn More About Kiki
