Hello! We are heading to Disneyland for the first time in October. I have a 9 year old special needs daughter who is Elsa crazy! What is your advice for making sure my girl meets her fave with the least amount of waiting and madness? Thank you!

    Hello Lisa!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you are having a magical week!

I would recommend stopping by Guest Relations as soon as you arrive to inquire about the Disability Access Service. The cast members are trained to give great information and can provide information and ideas on what accommodations your daughter may need.

The Disability Access Service will allow you to get a return time for an attraction so you can rest/sit/etc until the time stated. You then go to the FASTPASS entrance and show them your ticket that has the return time programmed on it.

As for meeting Elsa you can see her and Anna in Disney California Adventure Park. Anna & Elsa's Royal Welcome is located in Hollywood Land. I am unaware if they offer the FASTPASS or the Disability Access Service for this attraction like they have in the past, but there is so much to see and do, your daughter will not be disappointed.

I hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions as you are planning your visit.

    See you real soon!
