Heading to Disney the 1st week of Dec. My hubbie and I are celebrating 10 years and I would like to do something special. Any suggestions? already having cake at chef mickeys for my daughters bday. I want to do something SUPER special!

Hi Stephanie and fellow Hoosier!  There are so many different ideas for you to choose from to celebrate your anniversary while at Walt Disney World!  Disney has a great list of just about anything you can do in line of celebrations so please click HERE to reach that link.  There are seven pages so go through the entire list to get a better idea of your choices.

Some of my personal favorites include fireworks cruises complete with adding champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, special dinner at Victoria and Alberts, in room florals and decorations, and sweetheart dinners for two!  Other ideas that I have experienced that are just as wonderful include Cirque de Soleil show, day at the spa, special portrait of the two of you done by one of Disney's photographers, one of the many great tours offered throughout the parks, renting the Grand One yacht for an evening cruise and dinner on the boat, and a carriage ride at either Fort Wilderness or Port Orleans resort.  There is something there for all budgets to consider.

If you choose something that is just for the two of you and you need sitting services for your daughter I highly recommend Kids Nite Out.  They can be reached at 407-828-0920 or 800-696-8105.  We have used them many times for ages of infants, toddlers and above and have always been very pleased.

Enjoy our special magical vacation at Disney celebrating a birthday as well as an anniversary!
