We are headed to WDW in 3 short weeks. I was wondering if mosquitoes are an issue at WDW. I tend to attract them, so I'm wondering if I should pack lots of bug spray.

Hi Heather, Great question! My youngest daughter is actually allergic to mosquitoes, so I'm always on the look-out for them when she's outside. That being said, I've been to Disney World during every season and I've never found them to be a problem at all. I do think if you were to encounter them, it would be in Fort Wilderness, as they tend to be in thick woods and near water. We're staying in Cabins at Fort Wilderness for part of our next trip, so I will be armed with at least a little bit of bug spray. All in all though, I'd focus more on the sunblock than bug spray.

Hope this helps and that you have a wonderful vacation,
