Hi! We are headed to WDW next week with our daughter who has several severe seizures a day that cluster unpredictably. If we can't make it to table service ADRs due to a seizure cluster, will we still be charged, or will the DASC cover us? I'm worried!

    Hello April!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you are having a magical week!

When you arrive at the parks, head to Guest Services first and talk to a Cast Member about your daughter’s needs to obtain the Disability Access Service Card. I would also mention to them about the possibility of missing or needing to reschedule your Advance Dining Reservations as well, so they can make a note of this and help you best determine how to proceed without the worry of being charged. I would also call or visit the specific table service restaurants and let them know as well. This way, everyone is aware of the potential situation and can make sure your family has as much of a worry free visit as possible. While I cannot guarantee that they won’t charge for missing a reservation, I would hope if everyone is aware of your daughter’s needs, that things will be taken care of in the best way they can.

I hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions as you plan your visit!

    See you real soon!
