Headed to WDW alone with 4yo DD in June. I don't think we'll bring a stroller for the parks this time, so I'm sure she'll need more frequent breaks throughout the day. What are your favorite spots for taking a nice, cool break in each of the parks?

    Hi Jessica,

    Great question.

I have 3 kids, two girls and a boy. My darling daughter's would prefer to cool off and take breaks inside any store at Walt Disney World, who are we kidding, that is my way to cool off as well. My son, who never wants to stop would just prefer to splash some water on his face and keep moving!

Here are a few more suggestions:

-There are so many rides/attractions at each of the parks that are indoors where you are able to cool off and sit down.
-I would use meal breaks to head inside to regroup and refuel. That is a great way to sit down, cool off and plan your next steps. Character dining would make those rest breaks spectacular!

There are a lot of indoor options including shows.

When your daughter get's tired and nothing seems to be working you might want to rent her a stroller at any of the parks. That way she can rest her little princess feet and you can still be able to experience the magic.

Wishing you a very magical vacation!
