We are headed on our first Disney Cruise in October.I the transportation chrg is $70/person.Do you recommend taking the Disney transportation bus to the cape or do a less expensive charter bus?

    Ahoy, Anna!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks so much for sailing by with this question as you plan for your upcoming inaugural Disney Cruise this October! I bet you and your pirate crew are getting so excited! I still remember the feeling I got walking onto the Disney Cruise ship for the very first time. Even though I've been on many cruises since, I still get that same feeling of awe and excitement!

My family loves taking Disney Cruise Line's Ground Transportation from Orlando International Airport to Port Canaveral and then back to the airport at the end of our voyage. I highly recommend taking it, especially since this is your first cruise with Captain Mickey. Not only will you take a comfortable motor coach, but it's actually a fun ride to and from the Cruise Terminal! There will be entertaining videos playing that always makes the time fly by. Also, it will be an opportunity for you to meet some of the other cruisers setting sail along with you! The main reason why my family takes Disney Cruise Line's ground transfers is because it makes getting to and from Port Canaveral stress-free. In my opinion, it is well worth the money!

Anna, I can't wait for you to see all the activities that await you each day onboard! You can pack your cruise full of fun or relax the day away on deck; it's up to you!

I'm wishing you a magical voyage!
